October was a long month, with not a lot of pictures taken.  There were a lot of lazy days at home, a lot of books, more shows than normal and oatmeal for dinner.

With the change in the weather, we are getting used to our routine of playing inside (which happened overnight)- piles of books are appearing, legos are out in force and puzzles have been found again.  It is good- these cozy days, plus, the Mama is feeling better and muffins are being made again- things are good.

Although we didn’t get much documented for the month, Mama and Dada got to spend a weekend at Lake Quinault on the Olympic Pennisula.  It was beautiful, relaxing and the boys had a blast with grandparents.  It will definitely be a place to visit with the boys- I don’t think they could miss out on seeing the world’s largest sitka spruce!

AND here it is….  world’s largest sitka spruce…
